They were gracious enough bro fit me in with no appointment.....walk-ins are sat and sun from 10 am until 2 pm, there are no walk-ins during the week, the staff is awesome and friendly....it's one of those overly busy places that still goes above and beyond

All staff have a cheerful attitude and are genuine and sincere. I can not state more emphatically how much I appreciate the superlative care from Dr. van der Berg ; competent, empathetic and dedicated. It has taken 40 years to find a Family Physician who is of this caliber. Th Ankh You

I had a gynecological problem and felt looked after really well. The ladies answered all my questions patiently and the doctor was very friendly. Serious clinic! Would recommend it to every traveler who is looking for a doctor. Arrived in the morning and only had to wait for 40 minutes.

First of all, the receptionists at Ancron are amazing, this group of women treat everyone with respect and kindness in their very fast paced office. They work their magic daily, making things look effortless as they track down results, book appts, fax documents, prepare letters, answer phones, prepare exam rooms, greet the walk in patients etc I went to the walk in clinic to get hospital test results, although super busy Dr. van der Berg thoroughly went over my test results answered my questions and sent requests for followup tests. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was being shown the door. Excellent physician, very personable, smart, funny and professional. Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of having Dr VanDerBerg as my Doctor for years now and she is the most amazing doctor I’ve experienced. She cares deeply. She keeps up to date on her research. She has personally helped me and my health so much. The staff at the office is really friendly and helpful, I feel like I am in good hands there. Thank you so much for all youve done for me.

I arrived at 9:30am to the walk-in clinic for some medical paperwork for my 4 year old. I thought while I was there I may as well also get a pap. The receptionist was very friendly to myself and my child. I was told there would be 1hr -1.5hr wait and that I was welcome to leave and come back in a hour. I'm from Calgary and patients are NOT allowed to leave while waiting so I was thrilled to have this freedom. I came back an hour later and was seen shortly after. My male doctor was very professional and made me feel comfortable during my pap and breast examination (a female was made present in the room during the exam). He was very friendly and warm towards my child as well. I had a great experience and would recommend this clinic in the future.
